When making a purchase from the online store, please be sure to note your ring size and bracelet length. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us for clarification. Please keep in mind that wider rings often require going up one to two sizes, so it’s important to measure your size accurately before placing an order. You can also measure the internal diameter of a ring that fits you well.
In the event of any breakages, I will be happy to repair the item. Simply send it to me or schedule a visit to the workshop.
Jewellery purchased during a sale is typically not eligible for exchange. However, if you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us.
You may choose to pick up your purchased jewellery at our location, send it via regular mail, or opt for registered mail.
