If you want to return your purchase please post it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund on the cost of the products or an exchange.

Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packing with the original purchase receipt. Please note that the cost of returning goods to Lorange Design is borne by you.

Instructions for returning all or some of your order is encloset in the e-mail you received confirming your original order.
Products bought from our sales offer can not be returned. Custom made rings and or other jewellery can not be returned.
That is why I urge you to contact me if you are uncertain about sizes before placing your order, either by phone or e-mail.

All items are checked for fault and shortcomings when being sent to you. If however your order has been damaged during shipping, or has been sent to you with shortcomings, you may return the order freight free.
If the package is visible damaged upon arrival, please check the item before signing for it.
